Comments:
Did 6 miles extremely slow. My legs felt like bricks today. I'm not surprised because most Fridays my legs feel heavy, however today was brutal. I'm not sure why they felt so heavy since the past two nights I've gotten 8.5+ hours of sleep. Just hoping they feel light tomorrow.
