Still feeling tired today, even though I got a lot of sleep. Leading up to going out, I didnt want to at all, but I forced myself. Ughhh never fails, you never regret going out for a run. Started out slow, it was actually pretty warm but I was bundled up good. Didnt need it all. Ran up through town, passed Amherst Colleges top guy, he was flying. I like to think we are buddies now. Kept going up, and as I got right onto campus, he passed by me again! Must have a killer long run loop around town and he was destroying the pace compared to me. Look for big things from him. Shins started tightening up as I got near the gym though. Havnt felt that in a while, but it seemed in line with the way the rest of my legs felt. Lifted then came back as it was getting dark. Made it back in time though, timing was good. Took it back easy easy, legs felt a little better.
Essentials: Stretch, hips
Ahh stretch felt solid as well as hips. Legs just feel tired and weak, so hips helps, makes them feel stronger. Side room was comfortable too. Dont really feel in the Super Bowl spirit, felt good getting a run in and lifting, not sitting on the couch all day eating a ton of food. What evs this is the first time I actually get to watch the whole game since past few years I went to CLE for the weekend. Rooting for the Panthers all the way.
