Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Getting tired and burnt in the afternoon, needed a running break. Came home and got some miles in before it got dark. Tried for the rail trail, which is still covered in snow. The rest of the sidewalks are good. It was tough going, but the usual with snow running. I just wasnt used to it. Took a tour of the Meadow too, which was fun. There were some ski tracks, but I thought it was a little too low to effectively ski on. Kept going feeling solid on the bike path, then started to feel tired on the road back. Still picked up the pace there. Got back just as it was getting dark. Real solid since its so much tougher in the snow.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch feeling real flexible. Not too sore from the shoveling yesterday. Glad we did it because the sidewalks and driveways are completely cleared now. Still felt tired overall today struggling to get just 4 miles in. Feel better afterwards though.
