Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Good lift mix of legs and arms. Not too crowded today, got my own bench easily. I was in and out today. Workout was:
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)
DB Row x10 (25 lbs)
Bench dips x10
Goblet squat x10 (25 lbs)
3 sets of:
Planks x1 min
The goblet squats felt controlled and strong. Back a little weak since I havent done the Straight legs in a while. Didnt feel that sore when I started up running again. On the last plank I didnt correctly start my timer, so I was really feeling it at the very end.
