Wackiest weather yet. A few days ago it hit near record lows, today I ran in shorts and was overheating... It snowed all last night then turned to rain this afternoon and the temp shot up to 50! I broke out the rain coat and felt like it trapped in a lot of heat. The weather was rejuvenating though, legs felt great and I had a lot of momentum to keep the pace up. Head lamp helped dodge the puddles, but it was pretty wet. Stopped at a lot of stoplights too but was able to pick it back up and finish well. Nice change up from the sluggish runs this weekend.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a simple stretch, could use a roll sometime. Legs were muddy and dirty from the puddles though. Now the snow is all gone.
