Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
What a week, missed two days of running and really needed it today. Went from the parking lot. It was warm enough to wear shorts, just on the cusp. I welcomed it. Started up the hill, came back around then continued through campus to finish at the gym. By then my legs were getting kinda numb. Welcomed the warm. Had a solid pace finishing up especially down the stretch. Made my way up to the treadmills to add on. Wasnt planning on much, but it was kinda tough to secure a treadmill. Once I got on, everyone around me left! Whatevs. First mile flew by and I just kept going, cutting it down to sub 6 for the last 800. Felt awesome and easy havnt been opening up the stride lately. Glad the treadmill handled it. Finished with a cool down on the track real nice and easy. Now that was really boring.

Essentials: Stretch

Gym was very crowded, did not get much stretching space. Had to go to the second floor and fit a little bit in. I was getting hungry... A quick stretch then jog back to the parking lot. So so glad about getting in this run it felt amazing, feel rejuvenated after another week grindin. Oh if only I had the legit time to train, but that makes me welcome a run like this even more.
