Comments:
Warmup, drills, 5 minutes. 5K was unevenly paced. I think that took a bit out of me. After 3K (8:56) I just fell apart. I was practically jogging around the track. I wish I did more to stay with that lead back. Not happy with my race. Keep working hard.
