Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
No arms today focused on some other stuff. I was kinda tired when I go there and didnt want to dilly dally too much since it was getting dark. Workout was:
3 sets of:
Box step ups x10 (25 lbs)
Goblet Squats x10 (30 lbs)
3 sets of:
Planks x1 min
Thought my legs would be sore after the squats but it wasnt that much. Felt very controlled on the box step ups which is what I was going for. I keep forgetting to hit the scale in the locker room when I am at the gym. I am curious to see how the mileage and the lifting is affecting my weight right now.
