Comments:
Another solid day but I was itching for a run real bad. Came back right as it was getting dark out so I took the head lamp. Good idea. Felt real solid going around the stadium, started to get cold but I kept with the pace and hammered up Fearing. Came back around Triangle and the back side of Amherst College to finish up a legit loop. Feels good to be able to pretty effortlessly get in 6 now. Glad I got out the door today, but there is still some work to catch up on. Supposed to snow and freezing rain tonight but I bared it with shorts and made it back in time.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Easy stretch, legs still a little cold. Rolling felt good since I have been feeling a little tight in the IT lately and I havnt rolled in a while. Didnt feel that flexible, but probably because my legs were chilled.
