Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Felt disoriented today. Throat was kinda sore last night, didnt get the best sleep and had an interesting morning with the fallen tree. Then at lab, just had that low energy feeling you get every once and a while. Still got some stuff done, but I really wanted to come home get a run in and refresh. So glad that I have that release. Started out fast. It was warm today, especially this morning! Little cloudy and rainy as I got going. Just felt solid on the trail. Great release. Shoes got soaked in a huge puddle on the way to the mall. Old school, they dried off as I kept running though. Made it back just as it started to rain a little harder.

Essentials: Stretch

Mild stretch since I was kinda muddy. Legs feel good though. Still feel a little achy overall. Still on the fence about the 10 miler... Not all that prepared to race it, but I think I am to run it. At least its not early in the morning and I can bike to it as a warm up. Gotta check the air in my tires though.
