Comments:
Got out today after just chilling. Cold again had to bundle up. Felt so stiff and slow as I got going legs tightened up. Feet felt stiff and kinda hurt today too. Still great to get out I could tell I missed the past few days. Technically it was Blarney Blowout today. Lots of cops patrolling and even a chopper overhead all day. It was under control though ran past a few parties but there was nothing out of control or disruptive. Good job kids.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretch and roll when I got back still feeling very tight and pretty tired. Even after stretching feeling tight. I hope the warm weather coming up helps loosen my stride and bring back a more comfortable and controlled run.
