Comments:
Haven't been to the gym in a while. Missing the lifting I guess. Run up to the gym was solid. Legs felt worked in and I held the normal pace. It was chilly but in the sun felt nice. Shorts were perfect. Gym was not crowded at all. Everyone must have been super hungover. On the way back I felt much slower and sluggish, just plodding along. Feet felt good today but shins were kinda tight.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch didnt make me feel that much looser. Legs heavy. ITs and hips ok overall though. There are so many good movies on TV today! Surprised we didnt get caught up and watch like 4 movies at once all day.
