Got right to it working just shoulders and core today. No legs since they are sore and tired. Workout was

3 sets of:
DB Front Shoulder raise x10 (15 lbs)
Seated DB Shoulder Press x10 (15 lbs)
DB Side raise x10 (15 lbs)
DB Bicep curl x10 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Planks x1 min

Planks were solid they feel really good and easy now. Cant really tell physique wise but how gives a shit about that.
