Comments:
Quick run after I got home. Drive was so boring but it didn't seem to take that long it went by fast. I guess I was in need to shake the legs out. Started at buttermilk actually as the dogs were being walked. It was getting a little chilly out at the end of the day. Got late since it took a while for me to get acquainted to Rooney. Felt fine running long the ridge looks like it always has. At the end added on a little bit just down Clinton. I didn't quite eat enough today so I didn't feel great on the run. Took it easy there fore. Glad I got in what I did. And it's nice to be home. I haven't really left Amherst in over 2 months.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched what I could but didn't really feel that flexible or that up to it. Not too tight afterwards, just not all that flexed.
