Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 8 easy with Phil, talked about how shitty Elite Runners and Walkers is. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks so.
Then I lifted. Then I got my ass kicked by hip mobility drills. I really need to get more flexible, and I think this is how.
I like what Coach Sylvester has us doing, because I suck at it, which means I'll get better at it, and damn it, I will get better at it, flexibility is the key to speed and Sylvester knows speed. You can't deny 1:46
This is one area of my running that is severely lacking...but not for long
