Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solid run with Marco from the rec center. I have been feeling deal legs lately, but I guess running with someone helped get them going. We went a little later, after the rain came through. Stomach held up well I was kinda worried about that. We did the regular loop but started from the rec center so it was a little longer. Held the good pace the whole time. Good talking and running. Finished up right as it was getting chilly and into the later afternoon. Glad I got these solid miles in.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Extended stretching in the gym. No one was around it was so quiet. Legs do feel a little bit looser. Marco did some more core but I was getting hungry and just felt tired from the long day so I rolled out. Kinda glad I am not going to do the race this weekend in Holyoke. Just too much right now and I want to be ready for the 5k races coming up.
