Comments:
Ran at Roberts on the XC course. It was windy and wet. Ran a progressive 6 x 800 with a 75 second jog between each. My goal was 3:20 start and 3:00 finish. My times were 3:18, 3:14, 3:10, 3:13, 3:07, 2:59. Felt good.
