Comments:
Was supposed to hit 7min, focused on my breathing throughout and it seemed to help a lot. Was not really confident going into the workout (thought it was going to be a struggle to be within range) but it actually wasnt bad at all and I hit the splits per mile fairly consistently. Was decently windy. Super, super excited.
