Been a while since I got in a good arm workout. Gym was empty and I got right to it. Workout was:

3 sets of:
Standing DB Shoulder press x15 (20 lbs)
DB Row x15 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x15

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlifts x15 (50 lbs)

The deadlifts felt the strongest, really working the back. Nice stuff. It just felt good to work the arms and get a good pump in.
