1.5 mile warm up, 1.5 miles of "speed" (6 x 400 at 80 pace on a 3:15 interval), 1/2 mile cool down. 400's felt easy (84, 81, 80, 80, 81, 84) It's spring break! 10 days off should be just what everyone needs.
