Again kinda chilly today. It rained all morning too. Came home, was kinda hungry, but headed right out. Started out quick and held it through the meadow, which was pretty wet. I just kept going and trudged through the puddles, felt real XC. Kinda slowed down on the way back home up the hill though. Just needed to let my legs go free after another week of doin work.
Essentials: Stretch
Just and easy stretch, legs feel pretty good. I was pretty muddy so I didnt stick around much. Man glad I got some solid miles in after not running yesterday. Wish I had some GTX Ghosts today though since my shoes got soaked.
