Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 6 miles at Roberts Wesleyan in the rain. After a mile warm up and some stretching, I ran 2 x 2 miles on the RWC XC course at tempo pace. Felt good. Each mile was between 6:00 and 6:50 and they were each progressively faster than the previous one. 3:00 jog in between. Easy cool down.
