Comments:
Workout was solo today on the outdoor track. Did 3x10 minute intervals with 5 minutes rest in between. Paces ranged from 5:08-5:16. Most laps were in 78 (5:12 per mile). Felt good and strong. Definitely getting into 10K shape.
