Comments:
Actually more like a Fartlek because of the constant stop and go of running in town. Not a bad run. The middle five miles were sub-6 pace. All in all, Wednesday through Saturday were good barometer runs. Next week will be the culmination of the training grind. After that, taper taper taper.
