Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3 mile warmup with Pat, 8x200m (with 200m jog recovery) on the outdoor track, 3 mile cooldown. We were cooking on the warmup and apparently I was going quick on the cooldown. Felt a little tired on the 200m but I hit all of my times. It was a windy day out for sure.
