Dine and Dash Course Review + Stadium Loop

Comments:
Got started a little bit late with Marco today. I was getting hungry but it was worth it to run with someone. We didnt really know where to go, so I showed him the Dine and Dash route. Comfortable pace the entire time. Legs felt heavy today. We added on on a stadium loop after to get the mileage in. I was chilly today. Snow mostly melted throughout the day though so the sidewalks were fine, but it wasnt typical April running weather.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Back at the gym it was packed, but we found a little sliver of space to stretch. Legs felt much better after stretching but still they felt kinda tight and tired. Hope there is some spring in them for the race this weekend. I was getting hungry so I didnt dally around much, I wanted to get back and get some dinner. Got home late but it was still pretty solid.
