Weather: Sunny, very hot
Comments:
we were suppose to have a medium run today, but i did the workout with matt and nick F, because we are not going to practice tomorrow. stupid band. the workout was 10min of hard running, then 12 hills. for the first 4 repetitions we had 1 min break, then we had 30 sec break. i felt good through all of them. got some motivational talk from coach timm. now i am pumped for Magruder Invitational. goal is going under 17!! i think i can do it!!!
