Comments:
Good simulation of an actual race. Went out at a decent pace (6:10 first mile) and then settled in to my pace. Felt smooth and by the end it was a little bit of a strain. Could have definitely taken it for half an hour longer without any significant stress. Feeling confident with taking "easy" days off.
