Comments:
Ran 3 miles with Kraig around my neighborhood at 5:30 AM. It was freezing, my foot hurt, I had to stop to use the bathroom, slow pace and I stepped in a giant puddle and soaked both socks and both shoes with a 1/2 mile to go.....but it was a good run!!!
