Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a "Modified Michigan" workout with the track team in the cold/rain. Ran 1600-1200-800-400-200 after a good warm-up and stretch. 400 m jog between each. My times were 5:58, 4:23, 2:43, 82, 40+. Felt good. My foot was sore during a bit of it, but I am managing. Not ready for the 5K Saturday, but it will be a good workout.
