Fast track workout

Coach B, I logged everything from the past two weeks. It took sooo long.
The workout was short, but really intense. We started with a 15 progressive minute warm-up before spiking up. The workout itself was 500m, 300m, and 200m, followed by 3 more 200s with 30s of rest in between. I went through the 400m mark of the 500 in 77 seconds. That's about two seconds off my pr from last year so hopefully I'll be seeing some big improvement in the near future. The last three 200s were probably the hardest part of the workout because of the short rest time. I think I was supposed to go faster on each one, and I tried, but that didn't exactly happen. Seeing that 36 is nice though.
We did a really slow cooldown after, it almost felt like we were walking at some points.
I heard that we're going to have three meets next week, one on Tuesday against Corning, the next on Thursday against Binghamton, and the last one is the Windsor Invitational on Saturday. I can't wait, it's going to be an exciting week. Not much space for workouts though.
