Comments:
Warmup, drills, Intervale. It was a beautiful day out. I was able to run in shorts and a tee shirt. Kept the pace comfortable. Ended up going about 10.5. Solid run. Definitely tired though. Strides on the outdoor track (100, 150, 150, 100, 150, 150)
