Tempo Turned Progression Run

Comments:
Went down to MLK for a tempo. Planned on increasing distance to 5 miles and lower pace to sub 6, based on my HR from last week. There was a pretty strong wind coming off the lake so I decided to run 6 minute pace on the way out, then speed up with the wind.

Turned out with miles of 6:00, 6:03, 5:57, 5:45, 5:35. I didn't feel the last two were that fast, but had increased effort a bit because I felt my legs getting tired, so assumed I was maintaining pace. HR was 158 when I finished. Real happy with this one given that HR. Next goal: more even pacing.
