Comments:
Not the best Hill Interval workout. Grand plans to run two 40 second, two 80 second and two 160 second intervals. The legs were shot, probably from working a full day and the heat but I do not know. Looking like the training grind is not as stellar as hoped but overall I feel I am prepared for the April 30th race.
