Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Yes I ran for exactly 30 minutes
Comments:
I decided to try hurdles today before running. I improved a lot and it was fun, but I still need more practice before I consider doing steeple chase.
We went on a short run to Stewart Park. The first mile was slow, but I picked it up a bit later in the run.
I got home and registered for tours and information sessions at Colgate and Syracuse University over spring break. I made sure that they're in the afternoon so I don't have to completely miss practice in the morning.
I made posters for a few seniors after. It took longer than I expected. I was hoping to go to bed before 12 tonight but I didn't actually finish the posters until 12:15 am. I'm kind of frustrated that I still have to pay 10 dollars. I decided to sacrifice my three quizzes and all my hw assignments so I wouldn't stay up later than 1am like I was doing every day last week. Hopefully everything won't be a disaster in school tomorrow. I was actually working until 2am on Tuesday and almost 3am on Thursday last week which might be part of the reason I felt so bad Saturday afternoon.
