Down to MLK for a tempo. The goal was to go 5 again at 5:48 - 5:50 pace but with even pacing. Miles were roughly:

5:50, 5:53, 5:47, 5:52, 5:39

Much better in that department so I was happy with this. Felt good overall until some parts of mile 4.

Cool-down, stretch, core.
