Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10K at Princeton.
1.5 mile shakeout run when we got there. Sat around until it was time to warmup (9:45pm). Definitely took too many allergy meds. Not sure if it was them or the coffee but I was buzzing. Ended up running 31:18 for 10K. PR by over one minute. Splits were 5K were 15:35 and 15:43.
Had an accident the last 800m but it was worth it. Heading to IC4A's. No cooldown.
