Comments:
From the parking lot in the afternoon. Working on manuscript stuff all day didnt even go in the lab. Burnt out in the morning but got a burst later. Still wanted to run. It was chilly and rained all day. Nothing like the weather we have been having. I started up Orchard Hill felt ok. Legs a little rusty from the race. It sucked not running with Marco though way more boring. Came down around and the loop past EHS. As I was coming back through campus, stomach started to cramp up pretty bad. I didnt feel that hungry today but it was hurting. I stopped at the rec center early after cutting across campus. Debated going in and working out but the cramp was no bueno so I just kept going back to the parking lot. Happy Passover! Went real slow back and by the time I got there the cramp was worse so good choice.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and roll when I got home. Felt a little better when I stopped running but I needed food. Kinda mad I didnt go into the gym. Its gonna close soon for summer hours. I dont think I will get a gym pass. We got onto the Renegades this season for softball so Ill have that and I can still run outside. I just wont have time for the gym. Didnt feel great overall today on the run but glad I got it in, good break from the school work cause I need to still finish up stuff at night. Doin work!
