Comments:
2x(8x400m)- First set at 69-70 with 220m jogging recovery.
Second set at 73-74 with 160m jogging recovery.
First set was quick. Second set was supposed to simulate 10K effort. Had to do the workout inside because it was snowing outside. Still a good workout regardless.
