Comments:
1500m at UNH today. Ran a 4:03. Was a PR but I think with some speed training, I could definitely go sub 4.
Warmup, drills, 5 minutes, race, cooldown. Long but slow cooldown in the trails. Great day for some running. Conferences in one week.
