Comments:
20 minute tempo on the outdoor track. Legs felt extremely heavy. Started out running 80's per lap but the pace fell to 81-82 per lap. Got through 6.75 laps (Still a good effort but I was definitely tired and heavy. Possibly because I took yesterday off. Finished with 5 100m strides on the indoor track.
