Comments:
Run on campus in the afternoon. Guess I might have gone a little too late because the run ended with a pretty massive cramp. Felt great starting out but when I looped back to the gym it got pretty bad. I didnt feel that hungry beforehand. Was going to stop off at the gym, but like last week just kept going and headed home to eat ASAP. Legs felt good actually and I was pretty pumped to run. Weather was cool and drizzly, felt like a spring day.
Essentials: Stretch
Barely stretched when I got home since I slowed down a lot on the way back after I passed the gym. Legs feeling a little tight though actually afterwards. Def should have eaten a Powerbar or gotten another snack to ensure a more solid run.
