800 meter repeats

Comments:
The workout was 4-5 sets of 800s at a 5k pace, then picking it up to a 3k pace in the last 120 meters. We had 2 minutes of rest in between each 800. After that we did 4x150m at 1500 pace. I only did 4 800s and I'm pretty sure everyone else did too, but I could've done another. I ran with Zoe in this workout. We were aiming for about a 1:40 first lap, but ran it closer to 1:35 each rep.
