Pretty stressful day, always busy. I stayed latish but biked in so it was nice to get a little fresh air then. Later in the evening wanted to get a little extra in. Havnt lifted in the side room in a while but they gym is closed now so its what we got. Abs felt worked for sure its been a while, but I felt better afterwards. Did shoulder workout afterwards too and that got me feeling jacked up. Excited for softball to start actually, just to get something new going. Feel good about mileage recently too.
