Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Easy tempo with Strom on the track. Ran from the house to campus and did drills inside. My calves are tight AF and my left leg is still tight. During the tempo we started off at 5:50 and picked it up slightly. Did 3.5 miles in exactly 20 minutes. Definitely tired though. I did race 15K this past weekend. Going to get treatment later today between classes.
