Comments:
Wow amazing weather. Needed a run hard core it was getting stircrazy in the afternoon and I was struggling to stay focused. Maybe its the lead up to PSE 50. Anyways, got a nice bike home got the legs pumping, then headed out. Was planning on doing the meadow, but it was just too wet and muddy. Kept going down the trail and went into Brickyard instead. It was really good back there. Didnt feel like retracing my steps so I kept going through past Kiwanis and then back home up Fort Hill. Overall today, felt tired, heavy legged, and sluggish. Kept moving forward though. Might have been because of the heat not used to this at all. First real warm running day I would say. Pretty tired when I got back but glad I got it in.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, pretty hungry too when I got back so I ate a bunch while stretching. Legs feeling a lot better, ankle good to. It was cool to run past Kiwanis, got me thinking about softball again. Supposed to start next week if the weather holds up. I need new running shoes too I think I can start to feel the wear and tear on my current ones.
