Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10K at Princeton for IC4A/ECAC meet. Went out hard and ran 15:25 through 5K. Unfortunately I couldn't hold on and blew up. Ran 32:03. It was a tough race but I'm glad I could end my NCAA career running against some great competition. I think my downfall was running a 2:21 800m between 3K and 4K. It was a stupid move to try and catch a pack. However, when reflecting on the 10K...there's hundreds of small adjustments one could make. Who knows if I would have run faster if I didn't make that move. Time to relax, drink some beer, and recover. Summer training begins soon.
