Short 400s workout

Comments:
There was a modified meet at 4:30, so we started warming up at around 3:45. After that we did 3x400m and then an all-out 200m, each with 400m of jogging in between. My goal pace for the 400s was 84-85, but I went faster on all of them. My stride felt really good in the first 150 meters of the 400s, but then I'd lose that feeling towards the end. I noticed that the longer I run at a fast pace, the farther my arms move away from my body. I'm not really sure why that happens, but I'll try to prevent it anyway.
