Busy day at lab getting back into it. Stayed late and put some more time in at home, so I had enough left in me to do the quick lift. Good stress reliever still. Felt really strong, and this helps me get the core in since I never feel like doing it after running. V-ups are getting easier too. The side room is so crowded with all the storage stuff so my workout area is much smaller and tight now.
