Comments:
Easy day at practice. We ran 20 minutes then did six accelerations (200,200,150,150,100,100). Apparently the 3k is the second or third event at state quals which will be weird, but I like how early it is because I won't have to sit around for a few hours wondering when I should warm up. I'm also not seeded last which is even better.
About an hour after I got home the power randomly went out on my whole street. When it got dark, I did my homework in the light from my phone, but then my phone died and my computer did the same shortly after. I couldn't find a flashlight so I just went to bed because there was nothing else to do.
I'm still doing abs everyday and now I'm at a 9 day streak. I did a 3 minute plank today and I used to only do 1-1:30 minutes, so I've improved a lot.
